Lumen Bright SE Pendant Assembly Instructions


Step 1. Attach Slide bracket with the four screws provided to the side of the pendant where the large
hole is located.
Step 2. Screw bulb into mogul socket assembly.
Step 3. Slide bulb attached to mogul socket assembly through the large hole and align the bulbs inner
arc tube in the center of the reflector. There is a small hole at the top of the reflector that marks the
center.
Step 4. Attach wing nuts that are provided to fasten down the slide bracket. Apply a little pressure to the
flat metal surface where the wing nut screws are located. Because of the extreme angle of the Lumen
Bright reflector there will be a little resistance. Screw the wing nuts in place and you are ready to wire the
cable to your ballast.
Step 5. The Lumen Bright pendant comes with eye hooks that thread to the top of the pendant for
hanging.
Note: The best light output of the Lumen Bright mini is achieved with a hanging height of 14” off the
surface of the water from the very bottom of the pendant. At this height you achieve the most efficient
metal halide lighting of any reflector on the market. You will also reduce the amount of heat that is place
back into your aquarium.
